• Day 039: Wednesday February 8th

21:50 Breakfast involved being surrounded by both Coatis and Howler monkeys this morning, which never ceases to form an idyllic scene.

Another snorkelling session was then had where there were still many sheltered areas that contained these ‘clouds’ of red and, after ‘chasing a turtle’, I was left spluttering sea water which cannot be too healthy.  I saw one turtle that was over 1 metre in length and a cluster of unidentified fish eggs was found attached to a rock by ‘Tableland.’  These were stalked, yellow in colour, and filled with around 50 identical white-ish orbs.

Had my next programming class which now makes this new idea somewhat make sense now.

In the afternoon I made ginger tea using a natural plant less than 5 metres away and then took a pleasant walk, both experiences were quite exquisite! I found this freaky-looking wasp:

Burgers, again amazing, were had for dinner this evening, once we had eventually got the very low lying BBQ / bonfire grill lit as it kept going out.  The tin foil idea didn’t work out so well either and we lost one burger to the fire.

Tonight we watched a movie together called “Por La Libre” (Or “Dust To Dust,” even though it translates to by/for the free but nevermind) which turned out to be a great movie – not that I am any sort of critic.
